Wife, stepmother, grandmother, and daughter living in Houston, TX. I have a degree in fiction writing and worked for a NASA contractor at Johnson Space Center until the Space Shuttle Program was closed down in 2011. I am currently looking to go back to work in the Houston or Austin, Texas areas. Besides family, crafts, and traveling with my husband.
I learned to sew, cross-stitch, and hand embroider from my mother and maternal grandmother, and inherited my love of painting from my paternal grandmother. I decided to learn quilting December 2012 and fell IN LOVE. I have a horde of fabric left over from a defunct online purse business, and was given fabric from my mother and two other people that wanted to help my business out.
